The Reit im Winkl valley and its surrounding mountains are becoming more and more popular with a growing number of cyclists and mountain bikers.

From Reit im Winkl, the Chiemgau bike trail goes toward Ruhpolding past the three lakes district. From Ruhpolding, the route leads toward Traunstein and provides access to the route around the Chiemsee or can go in the opposite direction toward Salzburg.

Mountain bikers also get their money’s worth in this region. Both gently ascending hills and more demanding stretches beckon mountain cyclists to explore this delightful landscape.
